IT Support Analyst
This is a FT position working 4 10-hour shifts. Saturdays and Sundays are required, however, we are flexible in our scheduling of the other 2 days of work. This position is eligible for TLI’s full benefits package that consists of:

Duties/Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and analyzing computer issues of moderate to difficult scope.
Providing technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity (i.e. printers, desktops, laptops, monitors, internal and internet applications, computer operating systems, and network connections).
Configuring computers (operating system and software).
Windows/Android Mobile device configurations.
Assisting with daily routine’s such as backup tapes and monitoring error logs.
Trouble shooting with users over the phone and in person.
Providing Basic Network support (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Revising and updating procedures.
Special project help as needed
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of experience with Windows 10/Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet Explorer.
Effective listening skills.
Innovative problem-solving ability. Persistence with problems even when experiencing setbacks.
Effective time management and priority-setting skills.
Ability to shift gears and learn new technology or information quickly.
Detail-orientation including precision and follow-up skills.
Independent self-learner.
Preferred Qualification:
Android Mobile device configurations
Experience working with Omnitracs
Exposure to TMW Suite
Familiarity with MDM
Familiarity with SOTI
