Our core values are centered around our people and our clients.Why join us?100% employee owned!Award winning projects!Competitive Compensation Package + bonus!Complete Benefits Package!Accelerated Career Growth!Fun Company Activities!Job DetailsWe are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial projects!ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Work closely with project personnel to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial tracking.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and the operational team to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.Issue and manage RFI's (Request for Information).Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures, standards, and building codes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a focus on commercial projects.Demonstrated understanding of construction processes, building codes, etc.Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Strong client-facing and internal communication skills along with a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and engineering.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
