Technical Account Manager

Customer Service Consultant/Account Manager Hospitals and Health Care$51.72/hrMonday-Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST; 9:00 – 5:00 p.m CSTColumbus, Ohio (100% remote) Contract, through end of year What You’ll Do: Must have experience directly engaging with pharmaceutical company clients, especially when it comes to working with these clients while doing patient access workServe as a subject matter expert on industry trends, competitors, terminology, technology, reimbursement structures, and regulatory environments, while aligning technical solutions to each client’s unique business needs Apply project management best practices across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close Monitor project performance and recommend adjustments related to scope, schedule, cost, and resources Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines Communicate project health, forecasts, risks, and issues transparently to stakeholders Partner with business and technical teams to implement and operationalize solutions into day-to-day decision-making Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a high level of engagement and interaction Evaluate and recommend technical solutions related to product launches, discontinuations, integrations, and operational improvements Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, maintaining consistent day-to-day communication Recommend updates and improvements to platforms and vendor integrations to align with evolving client strategies and industry advancements Oversee client deliverables, timelines, and documentation Manage team backlogs and prioritize work to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget Execute project administration tasks including status reporting, risk management, and issue resolutionWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 3–5 years of client relationship management experience at the account management level Prior experience in a Specialty Pharmaceutical HUB environment preferred 8+ years of experience in professional services, healthcare, or a related field, with a technical focus preferred Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to manage complex initiatives Apply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
