Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist in other areas of the dietary department as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
