This role is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or technical background who are eager to start a career in the semiconductor industry. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training to develop expertise in operating and maintaining cutting-edge mechanical and electrical systems.Job DescriptionOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipmentPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machineryAccurately log data and document all process activitiesFollow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in a cleanroom environmentAssist in improving equipment performance and process efficiencySkills RequiredDocumented experience in a technical or mechanical field (e.g., previous job, military training, or technical/vocational school)Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Windows, and able to pass a technical assessmentAbility to work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves)Ability to lift to 50 lbs and spend long periods walking, standing, or sitting on the manufacturing floorMust have permanent U.S. work authorizationEducation/Training/CertificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAdditional RequirementsSchedule notes: This role requires working a compressed work week on 12-hour shifts.
