Business Analysts Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysts to lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day guidance to the team, managing expectations and priorities Facilitate relationships between Technology and Business teams, ensuring effective collaboration Oversee the requirements gathering process and implement best practices for the Business Analyst team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in a similar role Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma Experience in managing teams and conducting performance appraisals Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile and waterfall
