Microchip USA is a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Tampa, FL. We are a crucial supplier for some of the world's largest manufacturers, sourcing and distributing high-end electronic components like semiconductors, integrated circuits, FPGAs, MCUs, and many more. Responsibilities: Maintain constant communication with management, staff, vendors, customers, and test labs to ensure proper operations of Microchip USA Maintain areas of order processing and logistics to ensure the finalized sale of integrated circuits and semiconductors in support of Microchip USA's strategic and operational objectives Ensure operational activities remain on time Review daily shipment log Accurately input orders Ensure the accuracy of orders and report discrepancies Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions Understanding of how to position products against competitors This is a full-time position. The job is in-office, in-person only. Reliable transportation to the office is required. Our working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Tampa.
