Role OverviewQuantiphi is assembling a high‑impact Blackbelt Team of elite technologists to lead large‑scale, AI‑native data transformations for Fortune 100 enterprises on Google Cloud Platform. We are hiring Principal Data Architects across North America who are passionate about data, cloud, and AI‑first modernization.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data & AI Architecture Design – architect end‑to‑end data and AI platforms using GCP‑native tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataplex, and Looker; integrate GenAI and predictive ML into modern data ecosystems to enable intelligent, automated decision‑making at scale.Legacy Platform Modernization – lead migrations from traditional data systems (Teradata, Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, etc.) to GCP; replatform data pipelines using agentic AI accelerators like Codeaira for faster ETL conversion, data quality validation, and architectural optimisation.Productionising AI & ML Pipelines – partner with data scientists to operationalise ML models using Vertex AI Pipelines, Model Monitoring, and Feature Store; enable AI‑driven use cases such as customer personalisation, fraud detection, forecasting, and intelligent automation.Customer‑Centric Technical Leadership – collaborate directly with CDOs, CIOs, and Chief Architects to define cloud AI strategies and transformation roadmaps; act as a trusted advisor across industries, influencing both technology and business decisions.Price‑Performance Engineering – conduct rigorous benchmarking to optimise cost and throughput of AI+data workloads on BigQuery and allied services; embed performance‑aware designs for large‑scale inference, data scoring, and training pipelines.Required SkillsAI‑savvy cloud data architect with deep enterprise experience.Hands‑on expertise in modern data platforms, MLOps, and LLM‑powered architectures.Skilled at bridging the gap between legacy systems and next‑gen AI/ML systems.Eager to co‑innovate with global clients and redefine what’s possible with cloud+AI.Why Join Quantiphi’s Blackbelt Team?This is a rare opportunity to drive AI‑native transformation at the heart of the world’s largest enterprises.
