Position Title: RN (General, Dialysis, Mental Health)Job Location: Marysville, OhJob Type: ContractDuration: 13 weeksShifts: 3pm-11pmMust Have: BLS (AHA) and OH state licenseResponsibilities:Patient Care: Monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed.Assessment: Conducting patient assessments, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all care provided.Communication: Collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure effective care delivery.Education: Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.Advocacy: Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are met within the healthcare system.Critical Thinking: Using critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions about patient care.Safety: Ensuring patient safety through infection control measures, medication safety, and fall prevention.
