AI/MLOps Engineer

A company is looking for an AI/MLOps Engineer to support AI-driven initiatives within an ITSM environment. Key Responsibilities Perform prompt engineering and governance to manage AI outputs Build and deploy agents, bots, and automation workflows for operational tasks Analyze data across systems to identify correlations and generate insights Required Qualifications Experience with prompt engineering and managing AI outputs Development experience in building agents, bots, and automation solutions Strong experience with APIs and data extraction Experience in data scraping, normalization, and synthesis Familiarity with Python and statistical analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy)
