We invest in our patients, employees, and the towns we serve by providing modern, efficient urgent care centers that reduce unnecessary emergency room utilization while delivering excellent clinical outcomes.With clinics across Kansas and Oklahoma, along with our Texas-based practice, Integrity Urgent Care, Xpress Wellness offers Advanced Practice Providers the opportunity to build a meaningful career in a fast-paced urgent care setting.Our model is designed for providers who value both strong earning potential and a high quality of life—serving smaller, community-focused markets while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical environment.Position OverviewXpress Wellness is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our high-volume urgent care clinic in Muskogee, Oklahoma, with additional opportunities across our regional network.This role is ideal for APPs who thrive in a busy, efficient clinical environment, enjoy a broad scope of practice, and are open to relocating to a community where providers are valued and patient access truly matters.Schedule, Compensation & IncentivesSchedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 shifts per 14-day periodPredictable, block-style schedulingBuilt-in extended time off every pay periodCompensation:$65–$80 per hour, based on experienceAdditional incentives may include productivity, retention, and/or sign-on bonusesRelocation assistance may be availableConsistent hours with stable patient volumesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive urgent and episodic care for patients of all agesEvaluate and manage urgent, emergent, and non-urgent conditions in a high-volume settingOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imagingDiagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, including prescribing medications, vaccines, and therapiesPerform clinical procedures such as laceration repair and orthopedic evaluationsEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up careComplete accurate and timely documentation; charts closed within 24–48 hoursCollaborate with clinical staff and supervising physicians (available via direct telecommunication)Provide guidance and supervision to clinical staff as neededParticipate in training, recruiting support, and special projects as assignedThis position is designated safety-sensitiveQualificationsEducationNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited programLicensure & CertificationActive professional license (or ability to obtain)Current board certificationDEA registration (or ability to obtain)Current BLS certificationMust meet all state and federal regulatory requirementsExperienceUrgent care or emergency medicine experience preferredNew graduates considered with strong clinical skills and procedural comfortAbout Our GrowthXpress Wellness operates clinics throughout Kansas and Oklahoma and is expanding into Texas, offering long-term career growth, leadership pathways, and geographic flexibility for APPs interested in growing with the organization.Working Conditions:May be exposed to patient-related elements on an occasional basis.Work environment may involve unpredictable situations and frequent interruptions.May occasionally require irregular or extended work hours.Periodic exposure to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.May require lifting, carrying, or pushing equipment or assisting with patient movement.J-18808-Ljbffr
