Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs Deliver individual, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, etc. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient records and confidentiality Utilize Electronic Medical Records systems for documentation, data collection, and case management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and community agencies to coordinate care plans Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy modalities. Strong experience in child & family counseling. Skilled in motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and motivation for change Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Ability to conduct patient assessments including intake evaluations and diagnostic testing for mental health conditions Competence in crisis management strategies for behavioral health emergencies or trauma-related incidents Understanding of addiction counseling principles and techniques for substance use disorders Join us to make a positive impact through compassionate care while advancing your professional skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise!
