If you're passionate about mainframe technology and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications and systemsWrite and debug code using mainframe languages such as COBOL, JCL, or PL/IAnalyze and resolve mainframe system issues, ensuring high availability and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutionsPerform system testing, quality assurance, and documentation for mainframe environmentsMonitor batch processing jobs and manage scheduling using tools like TWS or CA7Support mainframe migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiativesRequirementsProven experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS environment preferred)Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and/or other mainframe technologiesExperience with CICS, DB2, or IMS is a strong assetSolid understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, and mainframe performance tuningStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersCompensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
