Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician, MD/DO | Full-Time | Location: Renton, WAValley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician (1.0 FTE) to join our established, collaborative and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based.About The PositionGeneral Schedule: 5-day work week Limited CallDevelop and grow a new MFM service line within a well-established women's health clinicProvide consultative and co-management services for high-risk pregnanciesPerform prenatal diagnostic procedures, including detailed ultrasounds and amniocentesisPerform surgical procedures, cerclage placements, D&EInterpret and oversee fetal testing (NSTs, BPPs, Doppler studies)Collaborate with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, clinical geneticist, and other specialistsDedicated MA supportSupport staff: RN triage/advice, obstetrical ultrasonographers, and dedicated surgery schedulersPractitioners: physicians, Laborists, PAs, ARNPs, CNMs as well as family medicine residentsReferral to Lactation consultants in the hospitalQualificationsBE/BC in Obstetrics & GynecologyCompletion of MFM fellowshipAbility to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authorityLearn more about the Provider team here: Valley Medical Center | Valley Womens Healthcare Clinic | VMC Specialty CareLocated in Renton, Washington, Valley Medical Center is the largest nonprofit healthcare provider between Seattle and Tacoma, serving more than 600,000 residents.
