In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating team members to meet project goals, ensuring adherence to their responsibilities and project milestones. You will work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating innovation and excellence. Finding creative solutions to solve issues, mitigate risks, and adapt to project changes to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
Required:
Project/program coordination/management or consulting experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Project Coordination or managing projects/programs
Executive-level written and verbal communication
Ability to keep teams on task
Status reporting capabilities
Ability handle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Ability to travel
Preferred:
Six Sigma Certification (Green to Black Belt)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Project Management Professionals (PMP) Certification
Agile Certification
Certification in Project Management (CAPM)
Well-developed industry expertise in any of the following:
Supply Chain Management
Production and Manufacturing
Quality
Planning and Scheduling
