Optimized Senior Living is hiring a Business Development Representative to grow our presence
in the community, build meaningful referral partnerships, and help families find the right home
for their loved one during one of the most important decisions of their lives.
This is a relationship-first role. You will be the face of Optimized Senior Living in the community
— connecting with hospitals, home health agencies, hospice organizations, discharge planners,
and other senior care professionals who trust you to send their families somewhere exceptional.

What you'll do:
Develop and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, home health agencies, hospice organizations, and senior care professionals
Represent Optimized Senior Living at community events, networking meetings, and partner visits
Respond to inquiries and lead engaging, informative tours for prospective families
Track all outreach activity, referral sources, and pipeline in ALIS CRM daily
Identify new business development opportunities in the East Side and Fairfield markets
Be present for move-ins, community events, and partner appreciation moments
What you need:
A natural ability to build genuine relationships — with partners, families, and your team
Strong communication and follow-through — people should feel like they can count on you
Reliable transportation (travel between East Side and Fairfield locations and partner sites)
Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, business development, community outreach, hospitality, or sales is a plus — not required
