Solutions Architect

We are partnering with a large, multi-entity organization undergoing a major S/4HANA transformation to identify a Senior SAP Order-to-Cash Solution Architect. This role will lead the design of scalable, end-to-end customer-to-cash capabilities across a highly integrated manufacturing and distribution landscape with significant complexity in pricing, fulfillment, and financial processing.This is a strategic architecture position for someone who thrives in environments with diverse product lines, high transaction volumes, and a mix of direct and channel-based sales models. The architect will play a key role in shaping how SAP supports commercial operations, fulfillment execution, and downstream financial and analytical processes across multiple business units.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Architect will own architecture and governance across the full OTC lifecycle, including:End-to-end order management processes spanning order capture, advanced ATP (including aATP), fulfillment, billing, and FI integrationDesign of complex pricing frameworks, including contract pricing, rebate programs, customer-specific agreements, and volume-based incentivesIntegration across a broad SAP footprint including Production Planning, Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Transportation, Finance, and external platformsConnectivity with customer-facing systems such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce platforms, and partner/3PL ecosystemsMaster data strategy for Business Partner and Material Master to support scalable pricing, fulfillment, and reportingCross-functional alignment across SD, MM, PP, FI, WM/EWM, and enterprise analyticsEnablement of advanced analytics and future-state capabilities such as Customer 360 visibility, margin optimization, and AI-driven insightsRequired ExperienceWe are seeking a senior-level SAP leader with a strong blend of architecture and hands-on delivery experience:15+ years of SAP experience with deep specialization in Order-to-CashProven track record delivering at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementationsStrong expertise in pricing configuration, ATP/aATP, and complex fulfillment scenariosDeep understanding of manufacturing-integrated distribution models (make-to-stock, make-to-order, hybrid environments)Experience integrating SAP with external platforms including warehouse systems, logistics providers, and customer-facing applicationsPrior experience operating at Solution Architect or Lead Architect level within large-scale, multi-site environmentsPreferred BackgroundExperience in industries with regulatory considerations or strict compliance requirementsExposure to high-volume distribution networks and multi-channel order orchestrationFamiliarity with SAP EWM, TM, or advanced logistics integrationsExperience with CPQ, eCommerce, or omnichannel order management platformsKnowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or event-driven architecturesExperience supporting global rollouts or multi-region deploymentsWhy This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to influence a major enterprise transformation within a complex, high-scale environment.
