Solar (PV) Energy Installers

Job Summary: As a Solar Energy Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will work as part of a team to install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar panels and related equipment on rooftops or other structuresLay out and measure solar panel arraysInstall and connect electrical wiring and components to solar panelsPerform basic electrical work, including running electrical conduit and wiringTest and troubleshoot solar energy systems to ensure proper functioningComplete and maintain accurate documentation of work performedProvide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the installation processSkills And QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience with solar panel installation preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of basic electrical principles and wiring techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manualsComfortable working at heights and in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWorking Conditions: This position requires working outdoors, often at elevated heights and in various weather conditions.
