BAM is seeking Seasonal Cleaners for Dance Africa 2026 Bazaar to work in the Facilities Department. The Seasonal Cleaners will provide a clean environment for Dance Africa 2026 Bazaar by collaborating and consulting with others on the custodial staff, Custodial Supervisor, Facilities Manager, and Head of Building Ops & Security. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSweeping Transport trash to dumpsters located on Ashland Place and/or St. Felix Removing trash from filled trash cans, replacing trash can liners. Walking constantly full area of Bazaar grounds QualificationsMust be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Can work in potentially inclement weather. Ability to calmly interact with patrons/employees Willingness to handle shifting task priorities Working Conditions: The employee may occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, frequently walks and/or climbs stairs, lifts, carries, pushes or pulls objects, uses oral communication. Environment: The employee is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside. The employee may be occasionally subject to noise to cause worker to speak loudly to be heard above ambient noise levels. Compensation: $20/hour - non-exempt, Eligible for Sick and Safe Time.
