Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze input from SMEs and product owners to develop and modify instructional materialDesign and develop instructional design plans for asynchronous online training programsAnalyze content, target audience, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectivesDevelop sound Level 2 Kirkpatrick evaluation tools within coursesPerform thorough cross-platform/device testing for all contentSkills Familiarity with adult learning principles, ADDIE model, and Bloom's TaxonomyAbility to write courses that flow well, are clear and concise, and smoothly transition between topicsAbility to learn and absorb complex, technical information; break it down into smaller pieces; and convey it effectively within an eLearningExperience developing and testing interactive eLearnings using Adobe Captivate 8 or 9Excellent writing and editing skillsPreferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional DesignExperience creating ADA compliant material eLearningsExperience with video based eLearning course development and gamification
