Support the growth of major financial, telecommunications, retail, and travel brands in the world's leading affiliate marketing network! This is a full-time permanent position with CJ US.
CJ Program Compliance
Program Compliance gives advertisers confidence that their promotions in the CJ Network are aligned with program policies and industry best practices, enabling strategic investment and growth. We do this with specialized technology and expertise, analyzing and investigating publisher activity, network data, and promotional content. We also inform and educate publishers to help them be compliant from the start, and we lend our expertise to internal teams throughout the CJ organization.
Associate Program Compliance Manager
As an Associate Program Compliance Manager, you'll learn first-hand from our team of outstanding professionals and grow into leading compliance strategy and execution for your own portfolio of advertiser clients. You'll also manage publisher outreach and ensure violations are remedied in a timely manner. You'll apply monitoring technologies and auditing to the client's specific needs using your skills in careful planning, creative thinking, strong communication, and outstanding attention to detail.
All levels of Program Compliance Managers have ownership of the services within their portfolio and take pride in supporting business growth by providing unique insights, informed advice, and consistent execution based on client policies, CJ's requirements, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Competencies for this role fall under three key areas
Strategically combine monitoring technology, data, auditing, and publisher management to improve compliance monitoring coverage and speed in identifying and resolving issues
Develop mastery of compliance tools and use them appropriately to monitor for and investigate compliance violations; consistently review and optimize monitoring technology
Leverage data including referring URLs, performance, and violation trends to improve compliance monitoring coverage, speed, and accuracy in identifying and resolving issues
Manage content auditing URL lists, audit criteria, and related communication with supporting team members
Execute ad hoc audits as needed to meet service requirements, e.g. time-sensitive promotional content updates; conduct quality assurance reviews
Ensure all aspects of compliance service are being executed thoroughly and accurately
Identify and pursue additional monitoring needs, risks, and coverage expansion ideas and opportunities
Diligent follow-up demonstrating expertise, responsiveness, and business value to clients (external and internal clients)
Provide reliably accurate, on-time deliverables
Be responsive to client, publisher, and internal communications
Communicate consistently and professionally with and on behalf of clients
Proactively share information and strategic guidance with clients relevant to the industry, their business vertical, and specific program
Accurately maintain all reporting and tracking logs
Develop and apply a deep understanding of client needs, program policies, industry and regulatory environment
Develop comprehensive knowledge of CJ Publisher Service Agreement and related policies
Develop comprehensive knowledge of your client's program terms
Maintain and continuously expand industry knowledge including publisher business models, CJ technology and systems related to compliance, regulatory developments
Provide consultation and guidance to help advertisers develop clear policies aligned with industry best practices and help publishers understand and abide by those policies
Regularly reflect on client needs and where compliance is adding value; identify and pursue opportunities to optimize compliance coverage and resource utilization
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or commensurate related work experience
1+ years experience delivering high-quality professional services to business clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Self-driven, focused individual who takes initiative to solve problems
Excellent logic, reasoning, and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
Intrinsic curiosity with a methodical approach to investigating and resolving issues
Ability to act decisively with good judgment
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively across time zones, geographies, and cultures

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $63,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
