Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Neonatal ICU (NICU) in last 3 years.EMR Must have experience with EMRs.Skills Assessment NEI skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.Additional Confirmations Experience in ground transportation is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, care of ventilated patients, acute airway care/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care, and Ventilator Management is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in Arterial line management, Central line blood draw, IV vasopressors, Phlebotomy, and starting and maintaining IVs is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), and interpretation of dysrhythmias is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in Anti-Seizure Medications, Continuous Sedation, Hyperthermia management, Hypothermia protocol, and Isolation Precautions/PPE is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in managing Chest Tubes and dysrhythmias, NG tube insertion/management, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, and Urinary catheter insertion/management is required.COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
