Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, the Account Manager will oversee and maintain commercial lines accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the day-to-day servicing aspects of client accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing policies, advising clients on coverage options, coordinating renewals, and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries. The role will also require collaboration with other team members and staying informed on industry trends to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledgeStrong skills in Account Management and Customer ServiceExperience with Employee Benefits is a plusAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verballyStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with insurance management software and tools is preferredState insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframePrior experience in a commercial lines insurance role is highly valued
