Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, the Account Manager will oversee and maintain commercial lines accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the day-to-day servicing aspects of client accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing policies, advising clients on coverage options, coordinating renewals, and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries. The role will also require collaboration with other team members and staying informed on industry trends to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
