Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What You Will Do:You will all facets of production supportYou will conduct repairs when production is completedYou will manage the maintenance staff 7-8 techniciansYou will maintain staff efforts throughout the day, ensuring staff remains productive and engagedYou will prioritize, issue, and assign work ordersYou will conduct weekly reviews of work ordersYou will be responsible for labor budget and minimizingYou will approve time clock punches; vacations; coverage for vacations; and managing call outs What You Need:Maintenance leadership as a Lead, Supervisor, or ManagerAbility to work a 2nd shift schedule 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri OR option for 3rd shift 11:00 pm -7:30 amUtilization of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maintenance planning/scheduling of work orders and maintenance resourcesOrganized, leadership, strong mechanical skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office
