Compensation & Benefits:$225,000+ base salaryIncentive compensation plan eligibility after 90 daysReimbursement for Georgia and DEA licensure, plus one approved professional associationProfessional liability coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act at no costCME allowance: $2,000 annually, increasing to $4,000 in year threeHealth insurance for physician and spouse at no cost (other plans available for additional cost)Long-term disability and group life insurance equal to base salaryPaid Time Off (PTO) accrued biweekly:Year 1: 180 hoursYear 2: 216 hoursYear 3: 252 hoursPaid holidays: 8 hours per designated holiday after 90-day introductory period403(b) retirement plan with 50% match of employee contribution, up to 4% of pay, fully vested after 3 yearsEmployee discount plans (subject to change) Requirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric residency programBoard Certified or Board Eligible in PediatricsActive or eligible Georgia medical licenseStrong communication and patient relationship skills Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care for newborns, children, and adolescentsDiagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditionsDevelop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and familiesEducate families on preventive care, nutrition, vaccinations, and disease preventionMaintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient recordsCollaborate with clinical staff and other providers to ensure high-quality careParticipate in community outreach and child health promotion initiatives as needed
