School Speech and Language Pathologist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

An opportunity is available for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist with active licensure in Massachusetts to support an elementary school caseload. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 30, 2026, and requires onsite presence due to caseload demands. Candidates must have school-based experience working with children and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF). Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language assessments and create detailed reportsDeliver direct speech-language services to elementary studentsCollaborate with teachers and parents through ongoing communicationParticipate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, including goal writing and consultationsMaintain compliance with local and state education requirementsQualifications:Active Massachusetts SLP licensure requiredSchool-based experience essentialCCC or CF status mandatoryCORI background check and fingerprinting completed prior to hireStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and familiesPosition Details:Location: Cambridge, MASchedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) consideredOne opening availableOnsite work only due to caseload needsThis position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of elementary students in a supportive educational environment.
