Move Forward with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Fremont, CA.As an Inventory Coordinator, you will:Review planning data to ensure proper material order, delivery, and usage.Effectively manage and coordinate engineering changes to prevent obsolescence or downtime.Effectively prepare and present reports and information related to shortage problems andControl inventory to prevent overage, shortage, or obsolescence.Coordinate, monitor, and/or participate in plant-wide Quality Promotion activities and ensure effective communication between all key stakeholders to meet or exceed established goals/expectations.Continuously cycle count to monitor inventory levels, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.Expedite delivery of shortage parts.This is a full-time - temp to hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm PST. The ideal candidate will have:High School DiplomaKnowledge of Microsoft Office softwareSAP or ERP experience preferred1 - 2 years of inventory control / planning or warehouse administrative skills requiredPay rate: $2100 to $22.00 per hour DOE*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
