Location: Los Angeles, CASchedule: Full-Time | 5 Days per Week (40 Hours) | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $246,000 – $267,000OverviewWe are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD) to join a busy, community-based clinic in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.The ideal candidate is clinically strong, efficient in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working within a collaborative care team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to patients of all agesPerform thorough histories and physical examinationsDiagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditionsConduct routine physicals (pre-employment, school, sports, well-child visits, etc.)Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plansDeliver patient education and document all interactions appropriatelyReview specialist referrals and coordinate follow-up careRespond to patient, pharmacy, and provider inquiries as neededSupervise and support nurse practitioners, physician assistants, residents, and studentsParticipate in provider meetings, chart reviews, and quality assurance initiativesAssist with staff training and clinic operations when neededSupport triage and patient flow in coordination with nursing and front office staffQualificationsMD from an accredited U.S. medical schoolActive California Medical License (in good standing)Current DEA registrationBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related primary care specialtyStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based environmentPreferred Experience2+ years of clinical experience post-training (open to strong new graduates)Experience in a community health or high-volume clinic settingFamiliarity with EPIC EHR system (highly preferred)Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)Clean malpractice and licensure historyPractice DetailsBusy community clinic environmentAverage patient volume: 20–25 patients per daySupported by LVN supervisor and medical assistantsLed by experienced clinical leadershipStrong emphasis on efficiency, quality care, and patient experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFull-time, stable weekday scheduleCollaborative and mission-driven clinical environmentLeadership support and structured workflowsOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community setting
