Job Title : Epic Willow Pharmacist Analyst Location : 100% Remote Duration : FTE Education : B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (Required) Shift Details : 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM General Description: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Applications Analyst with Epic Willow expertise to support a healthcare IT environment. This is a clinical + IT hybrid role, working closely with application teams and pharmacy stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-quality system solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pharmacy operations along with hands-on experience in Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP). Specific Skills : Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP) Experience as an Applications Analyst in healthcare IT Implement, configure, and support Epic Willow (WAM or WIP) modules Partner with pharmacy and clinical teams to understand workflow requirements Design and optimize EHR solutions for pharmacy operations Maintain and enhance system performance, reliability, and usability Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards Active or prior Pharmacist license (RPh) Experience in hospital or health system pharmacy environments
