Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for an experienced, highly polished Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing, data-driven financial services organization in New York City. This company has experienced significant growth over the past two decades and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong leadership and a collaborative culture. This role is ideal for a proactive, confident professional who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys managing complex logistics, and is comfortable managing up.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a highly complex and ever-changing executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsCoordinate meetings end-to-end, including room bookings, technology setup, and catering/lunch orderingServe as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO, prioritizing requests and managing time effectivelyCoordinate transportation logistics, including daily driver schedulingProvide light personal support, including handling occasional errands and personal scheduling needsPrepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as neededAttend meetings when necessary, take notes, and track follow-ups/action itemsPartner closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsAssist with general office coordination, including vendor communication and event supportHandle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalismRequirements:4–5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in an Executive Assistant capacityBackground in financial services or another data-driven, fast-paced industry strongly preferredHighly polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skillsConfident and assertive, able to push back, manage up, and hold an executive accountableProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailEnergetic, personable, and able to build rapport with a dynamic executiveAbility to juggle competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environmentSchedule:Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMIn-office 5 days per week, with occasional flexibility for remote workCompensation:$130,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE) & Full benefits package offeredLocation:New York, NY (Fully In-Office)#J-18808-Ljbffr
