Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Support client and stakeholder relationships by leveraging technical knowledge.• Research, develop, and test data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions through the collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large datasets.• Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.• Simplify technical requirements and trends for various audiences, applying communication skills and an analytical mindset.• Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using knowledge of databases, scripting languages (SQL, Python, or R), and the Microsoft Office suite.• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.What You'll Need• 2+ years of experience designing algorithms and data manipulation capabilities using programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.• Knowledge of identifying new data sources and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.• Ability to develop data pipelines and integrate data tools and solutions to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.• Ability to collaborate with intelligence and data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data supporting intelligence products.• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($61,900 - $141,000) plus potential for additional benefits.• Opportunities for professional development and tuition assistance.• Comprehensive health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits.• Work-life programs and dependent care support.Apply via Haystack today!
