The payment systems of EBA CLEARING are pan-European by design and desire: they are developed in close co-operation with the Company's multinational user community and best-of-breed technology partners.Join our ISO 27001-certified team of smart and curious people from all over the world as we help shape the future of pan-European payments.The positionKey responsibilities include:Planning and coordinating penetration testing in cooperation with Ethical Hacking Specialised firms to execute, test and review the company's information security measures to protect, detect and prevent unauthorised access to the company's information systemsCreating and maintaining the documentation for the certification and accreditation of the company's information system in accordance with the ISO 27001:2013 standardAssisting with implementing software and security measures such as firewalls; monitoring networks in close co-operation with third party providersAssessing the security impact of system updates and technological advancesExamining the company's IT systems to identify potential security weaknesses, recommending improvements to amend vulnerabilities, implementing changes and document upgradesProviding information for users regarding security measures and explaining potential threats.Co-ordinating tests on applications, network devices, and cloud infrastructures, in co-operation with specialised third partiesCo-ordinating and designing simulated social engineering attacksResearching different types of attack vectorsDeveloping methodologies for penetration testingReviewing code for security vulnerabilitiesReverse engineering malware or spamReporting on security and compliance issuesAutomating common testing techniques to improve efficiencyWriting technical summaries and executive reportsCommunicating findings to both technical staff and executive leadershipValidating security improvements with additional testingIn this position, you will report to the Head of the Risk Management Unit.The profileThe successful candidate willhave a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or over 3 years of related experiencehave a proven track record of comparable work experience, ideally within the European transaction banking environment with a proven record of full respect for information securityhave proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);be fluent in English (in written and spoken form), an additional European language would be a plusbe highly analytical and able to effectively troubleshoot and prioritise needs and requirementsSoft skills:Intercultural communicationA 24/7 customer-first attitudeAnalytical thinkingAbility to anticipate problems, needs and changes and to evaluate operational risksEfficient problem solvingHigh attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressureWhat we offerAt EBA CLEARING, we develop ideas together, within and across teams and with our stakeholders, and we are ready to adapt whenever needed.
