This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while meeting production goals and quality standards.Job Duties: Assemble and sub-assemble components according to work instructions and specificationsUse hand tools and air-powered tools such as screwdrivers and wrenchesPerform visual and mechanical inspections using measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, and resistance metersPackage finished products for shipmentMaintain quality and productivity standardsFollow all safety procedures and work instructionsQualifications: Previous assembly experience preferredMechanical aptitude requiredAbility to read and follow written instructions and proceduresExperience using hand tools and air toolsBasic math skillsTrade school education in electrical or mechanical disciplines is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent lifting of up to 35 lbs.Frequent use of hands and arms for repetitive tasksOccasional walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materialsAbility to handle parts and tools throughout the shift#INC1Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
