Warehouse Responsibilities:Unload incoming product from trucks and skids (primarily tile) Receive and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness Learn and utilize ERP system for inventory transactions (no scanner system) Stock product on shelving - ground level - elevated shelving (33.5 feet) Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift used daily; certification required) Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment Ensure all required paperwork is included in outgoing shipments Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to support safe operations Perform occasional local deliveries using company vehicle Communicate proactively with warehouse manager and team members regarding workflow, discrepancies, or concerns Requirements For Warehouse:- Must be 18 years or older - Valid driver's license required - Clean driving record required for company vehicle use - High School Diploma or GED preferred - No prior warehouse experience required; willingness to learn is essential - Willingness to become forklift certified - Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English - Basic math skills required - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Reliable attendance and punctuality required - Ability to work independently in a small team environment - Repetitive lifting of 1050 lbs - Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching - Standing for 8+ hours per shift - Work performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse - Small, team-oriented warehouse - Steady pace of work - Precision prioritized over speed - Self-directed role with limited supervision Manitowoc@qpsemployment.com QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
