The Family Reunification Program is designed to provide families with tools to maintain children in the home following reunification from foster care. The family caseworker will help create or re-establish support systems, work with social services, schools, and healthcare providers to address family's needs, and provide counseling services. Additionally, as the FRP Family Caseworker your goal would be to assist in restoring the parent-child relationship and the family's functioning. You would do this by creating a safe space, help the family improve their communication, address emotional needs, challenge rigid thinking, and help the child and family create new experiences. One or more years experience in providing services to children and families. No experience if you have a master's degree. Valid driver's license.
