Job Description Betty is inspired by the desire to create an elegant, all-day wine bar and café that seamlessly blends Parisian café culture with Southern charm by way of California — a space that feels welcoming at 9am for coffee and just as natural for wine and small plates at 7pm. Sister to the Michelin-starred Localis, we share the same fervor for memorable hospitality experiences, wine pairings, and local ingredients, but our expression of these things are in a more casual setting. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in fine dining or fast-paced restaurant environments. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes efficiently while maintaining strict food safety standards.
