We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to lead the optimization of manufacturing processes within a server production environment. This role is responsible for improving efficiency, productivity, and safety while reducing operational costs. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers, manage complex projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Engineering SupportAnalyze current manufacturing workflows and identify bottlenecks across server production linesDesign and implement optimized layouts, material flow strategies, and takt time balancingDevelop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation Manufacturing Leadership & Continuous ImprovementLead Kaizen events and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologiesMonitor and improve KPIs such as throughput, yield, cycle time, and labor efficiencyPartner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements Project ManagementManage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with production goals and timelinesCoordinate with production, quality, logistics, and IT teams to support new product introductions and process changesTrack project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation Data Analysis & ReportingUtilize data analytics tools to evaluate process performance and identify trendsPrepare reports and presentations for leadership on improvement initiatives and operational metrics Safety & ComplianceEnsure all engineering solutions comply with OSHA, ISO, and internal safety standardsSupport ergonomic assessments and risk mitigation strategies Basic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or server manufacturingStrong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization toolsExperience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SFDC)Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab Preferred QualificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with server components and rack-level integrationLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)Experience with automation and digital manufacturing technologies Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-impact process improvements in a growing manufacturing environmentCollaborative, innovation-driven cultureCareer growth and advancement opportunities Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
