Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Business-savvy with profit & loss responsibility experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and drive engagement. Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership (minimum 2 years preferred). College degree preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed. Must be 18 years or older. This role requires a 50-hour workweek. You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
