No resume or interview required - yep, you read that right.As a PeopleReady associate you''ll benefit from:The freedom to work where you want, when you want and as often as you want.Next-day pay* for many of our open positions.The ability to choose long-term positions for steady work or short-term positions if you just want some extra cash.The ability to sign up jobs right from our mobile app, JobStack!Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $32 / hour.What you''ll be doing as a Senior Mechanic:Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical/electronic components, motor controls, and programmable logic controllers (PLC''s) in high paced production environment using Allen Bradley & Siemens controls.Ability to read and understand ladder logic to control PLC and PLC programs.Ability to troubleshoot, build, assemble, & repair robotics using microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, sensors, etc.Provide in depth knowledge, troubleshooting, & repair of AC & DC motor controls, single & 3 phase electrical circuits, and electronic drives.Ability to overhaul and/or install new equipment throughout facility.Maintain, troubleshoot, & repair high pressure boilers and boiler components.Ability to read & write operational instructions and/or SOP''s.Provide support & training throughout the maintenance team when/where needed.Performs maintenance tasks while maintaining clean & safe work areas.Support operations team initiatives in lean manufacturing, efficiency, and downtime reduction.Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization.Willing to work OT, on-call, weekends, and/or holidays as requested by management.All other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Management.Available shifts:Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:Education High School Diploma or equivalentExperience Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, high pressure boiler systems, PLC & PLC programming, automation and controlsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust have good communication skillsMust have good leadership skillsMust have good people skillsMust have a good attitude and work well with othersMust have the ability to prioritizeMust have the ability to work alone with little supervisionMust understand ALL safety, cGMP, and SOP requirementsMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Background check and drug screening requiredReady to take control of the way you work?Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
