Warehouse Manager

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and structured Warehouse Manager with strong NetSuite ERP experience to lead daily warehouse operations in a regulated, audit-focused environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in systems, maintains precise inventory control, and communicates clearly and effectively across departments. The ideal candidate has experience working in cGMP-compliant environments and understands the importance of accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, staging, and shipping of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in NetSuite, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and lot/expiration tracking.Serve as the primary warehouse owner of NetSuite inventory workflows, ensuring data integrity and system discipline.Execute and manage cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA requirements, and internal SOPs in all warehouse activities.Maintain strict lot-level traceability and complete, audit-ready documentation for all inventory movements.Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance on quarantines, releases, retention samples, and non-conforming materials.Train, supervise, and hold warehouse staff accountable to SOPs, safety standards, and documentation requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment at all times.Communicate clearly and consistently with Production, Quality, and R&D to support operational needs and schedules.Create and maintain inventory and warehouse reporting using NetSuite and Google Sheets.Qualifications7+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in dietary supplement, food, or nutraceutical manufacturing.Extensive hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP for inventory management is required.Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and audit readiness expectations.Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience leading and training warehouse teams in regulated environments.Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.Work EnvironmentCombination of warehouse floor oversight and administrative ERP-based work.Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and forklift operation.Fast-paced, highly regulated environment with frequent audits and inspections.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, vision, and paid time off.Opportunity to grow within a structured, process-driven organization.Powered by JazzHR
