Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving drain-related issues, operating specialized drain cleaning equipment, conducting maintenance of drainage systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The technician will ensure accurate documentation of services provided and deliver a high standard of customer service during each job. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting drain issues, as well as operating drain cleaning tools and equipmentStrong knowledge of drainage systems and plumbing principlesExperience with safety protocols and compliance with industry regulationsExcellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly with clients to explain issues and solutionsCustomer service skills and professional demeanorPhysical capability to handle tools and perform manual labor as requiredValid driver's license and good driving recordPrevious experience in drain cleaning or plumbing is an advantage
