Recruiting SpecialistWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team in Norwood, MA. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will play a key part in supporting our hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent. This position requires three in-office days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), with the remaining days remote. What You'll DoReview candidate applications and conduct video interviews to assess experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements Manage and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Post and promote job opportunities across internal and external platforms Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring-related meetings Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs Support onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and operations teams Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information What We're Looking ForAssociate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team player with a positive, professional demeanor Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment and involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
