Senior Family Law Attorney

We are working with an Award Winning Law Firm, specializing in Family Law litigation. They are looking for a Senior Family Law Attorney to join the team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 6+ years of experience.Requirements:6+ years of family law experiencePrevious litigation experiencePrior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationExceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skillsLicensed and in good standing in FloridaResponsibilities:Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clientsStay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levelsComplete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefsArgue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedingsPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsThe annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k.
