Construction/Project ManagerAs a Construction/Project Manager with SERVPRO of G & D, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on projects.Key responsibilities include:Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfactionManage the construction team and assign leases to superintendentsEnsure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirementsEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendentsResponsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholdersDaily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressCreate preliminary estimate using estimating softwareReview and validate job site documentationCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition requirements include:High school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 1 year of construction experienceAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientedMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applicationsPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
