Psychiatrist

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist for an in-person role at our behavioral health organization in O’Fallon, MO.Diagnose, treat, and prevent mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance abuse.Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe medications.Manage medication effectiveness, monitor side effects, and provide crisis support.Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ensure a patient-centered approach.Requirements include an MD or DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestricted medical license in Minnesota, and board certification in Psychiatry.Strong assessment skills, knowledge of DSM-5, pharmacology, and EHR systems.This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation ($290,000-$350,000/year), benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and free CEUs.
