Role: SFMC Developer (Onshore)Duration: 6-12+ Months ContractLocation: Remote (ESTMust Have Skills SalesforceSkill 1 Yrs of Exp SFMC DeveloperSkill 2 Yrs of Exp APISkill 3 Yrs of Exp Automation StudioSkill 4 Yrs of Exp - Email StudioJob Description:SFMC Development Develop dynamic, responsive email templates and CloudPages using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS.508c Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all digital assets (emails, landing pages, forms) meet 508c standards, including screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, high contrast, and proper semantic HTML.Automation & Data: Build complex, automated customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio (SQL queries, data extracts, imports).Testing & Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous testing, including rendering tests (Litmus/Email on Acid), accessibility audits (using tools like WAVE or AXE), and user acceptance testing (UAT).Integration: Implement and maintain API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for data models, journeys, and 508c compliance checklists.Required Technical Skills Platform Expertise:Deep knowledge of Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and CloudPages.Languages: Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.Accessibility Standards: Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidelines and 508c compliance.Testing Tools: Experience with testing tools to ensure compatibility and accessibility.API Proficiency: Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.Ideal QualificationsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.3+ years of experience in marketing automation development.Experience in federal or government consulting, or industries with strict compliance standards or in Healthcare.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful deployment of accessible, error-free campaigns. Improved engagement metrics and campaign speed. Zero 508c compliance violations in delivered assets.
