Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary legal advisor to North American executive leadership on complex business and regulatory matters Shape and execute the North American legal strategy in alignment with global priorities and business objectives Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and board-related legal support for North American entitiesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 12+ years of progressive legal experience advising senior executives Demonstrated senior leadership experience in leading legal teams Deep experience in employment and labor law, commercial matters, and regulatory compliance
