We’re hiring a Director of Influencer Marketing to own it.The RoleWe are looking for a high-ownership Director or Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our creator ecosystem end to end. This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all things creator, including aggressive outreach and sourcing, building relationships and community, mapping out deal architecture, and more. You’ll be the person our biggest creators have on speed dial. You negotiate their deals, fly out for dinners, and make sure that they have everything they need to make successful content for Carpe.You’ll work closely with the VP of Growth Marketing but operate with a high degree of autonomy. This is a build and own role where you take a goal and figure out how to execute it. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on ownership, moves with urgency, and is comfortable stepping in and running projects independently from day one.What You’ll OwnDevelop StrategyBuild a best-in-class creator-led growth program across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.Own relationship building, social / trend monitoring, partnerships, and engagement with high-value creators. Set the point of view on where and how creators drive growth and help build a brand that people love – disruptive, creative, and culturally relevant.Build PartnershipsIdentify and secure high-value partnerships that shape culture and make Carpe a brand that always feels tapped into what matters.Develop tiered influencer programs (from micro to mega) that balance authenticity, scale, and ROI. Own the end-to-end relationships with top creators and their teams, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking, and performance optimization. Lead Channel GrowthOversee influencer budgets, contracts, and reporting.
