Start your exciting new career with a strong and stable company.Benefits and PerksExcellent Training and DevelopmentCompetitive CompensationFriendly Work Environment Job SummaryThe Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers by selling tires and automotive service, road hazard, recommended services, benefits and product features, creating long-term loyalty bonds with customers; driving sales and profitability of the store, communicating and managing repair orders and maintaining a clean and well merchandised store.Fast-paced, high volume retail environment with growth and career opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPromptly meets and greets customersAnswers phone and schedules appointments with customersDetermines the nature of customer problems; May make road test or visually inspect the vehicleCreates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be soldExplains warranties, options, pricing, etc. to the customerObtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnelReviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects paymentDesired QualificationsHigh School graduate or comparable vocational trainingKnowledge of computerized sales and marketing softwareKnowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issuesExperience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctions2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenanceRetail customer service and customer relations experiencePreferred Experience:3+ years experience as a Sales Associate in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environmentTire Manufacturer Sales Skills certification a plusThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
