This is a great opportunity for a goal oriented sales leader to transform our business from a logistics company into a technology focused company in order to capitalize on the growth potential of our business.Responsibilities:Help develop a high performance sales teamTrain, mentor, and coach staffProvide Organization and Leadership to the Sales ChannelsClosing contracts with new clients or existing clienteleMeet and exceed goals for new businessDevelop leads within assigned sales territoryMeet with new potential clients to determine profitabilityConsistently enter information into the CRM to keep records up to dateParticipate in sales meetings and conference calls to give updates on sales targets and sales forecasts, including close ratioWork with sales management on forecasts and goalsBenefits:$80,000 base salary + commissions401k & Profit Sharing PlanMedical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees AND dependentsDental Insurance 100% paid for EmployeeVision InsuranceHSA with Employer ContributionsLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityLong Term Disability401(k) PlanProfit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensationPaid Holidays AND PTOCancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies availableEducation & Qualifications:At least one year of outside sales in the logistics industry is requiredPrior to assuming the Regional Sales Manager role the candidate must successfully complete a Field Sales TrainingPrior document success selling logistics services in an outside sales environmentA manager who leads by example and has a successful track record of hiring, training, developing and inspiring teamsStrong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast paced, team centered environmentA truly hands on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution drivenAbility to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happenAbility to partner and communicate with the Home Office to refine systems and implement best practicesGeneral business and financial acumenA strong desire to operate and grow a businessA proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining and effectively managing a diverse, hourly and salaried workforcePriority-1, Inc. will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
